Delivery to customers
- chimney systems are delivered by courier on pallets
- delivery takes place 1 to 3 days from the date of order placement
- a courier always contacts a customer by telephone to confirm delivery
- transport takes place with vehicles equipped with a self-loading lift
- an invoice is issued after delivery (electronically or by post)
Cost of delivery
- delivery is free following pre-payment on the basis of a pro forma invoice
- PLN 50 if paid upon delivery
- individually if only ventilation ducts are ordered
